Ask questions according to the booking source

Booking questions allow you to gather valuable information from a customer when a booking is being made.

Previously, questions could only be asked when the booking was being made by a customer on your booking app or microsite (externally).

Now, questions can also be asked when the booking is being made by your team at app.appointedd.com (internally).

You can set whether each of your questions should be asked for bookings made externally, bookings made internally, or all bookings:
